　　求助Latex格式问题。各位大侠，我有一篇文章到Transactions on Fuzzy Systems，使用的是Latex模板，但是编辑部要求我按照如下要求修改文章的格式，请问我该如何使用Latex语言实现如下的要求。

The format requirements for new submitted paper and final accepted paper are different. For a new submitted paper, please follow the following instruction to modify your manuscript.


1. WORD: ** 12pt Times New Roman **
2. SPACE: ** double spaced **
3. STYLE: 1 column
4. LINES: 30 lines per page
5. MARGIN: 1" MARGINS, 8.5" x 11" PAPER
