文章要修改，却没修改意见，咋整？

　　文章要修改，却没修改意见，咋整？。文章初投的时候to be considered for publication as a Technical Note，
现在状态是修改（Accept as Full paper with revision），却没修改意见，咋整？难道只需要改成be considered for publication as a Full paper？
Action links中只有那些常见的项：View Submission, File Inventory, Revise Submission, Decline to Revise和Send E-mail

是不是编辑没把审稿意见发过来啊，应该可以问问，审稿意见一般都是和编辑的邮件放在一起的，你这种情况还比较少见，应该是编辑漏发了啊，哈哈
