　　请教Machining Science and Technology编辑发来邮件的意思。以下是邮件内容，2017年1月18日发来的，我的理解是让我等待出版社的校稿和版权转让通知，可是现在快4个月了也没通知，前几天邮件咨询了也没回复。现在我在想，是不是让我先把“该论文没在其他地方出版的声明”发过去以后才能等到校稿和版权转让通知。现在真是头大了，请教高手指点一下，多谢了！！！
