谁投过European Physical Journal Plus？

　　谁投过European Physical Journal Plus？。我去年（也就是2013年）年底12月28日，赶上人家圣诞和元旦长假；1月4日编辑部给我发个邮件，状态改成了with editor，1月7日状态还是with editor，但status date改了下；然后一周了，还是with editor。。。这是怎么回事儿？头一次自己，焦急中
