2011 International Conference on Intelligent Systems and Knowledge Engineering
(ISKE 2011) Call for Papers
ISKE 2011 is the 6th International Conference on Intelligent Systems and Knowledge Engineering. It will be held on December 15-17, 2011, in Shanghai, China. You are invited to submit a full paper for review before August 15, 2011, all papers accepted will be published by Springer and indexed by Ei Compendex and ISTP.

ISKE2011 accepts submissions that have not been published or submitted in any form elsewhere. The topics include (but not limited to) intelligent systems and knowledge engineering are welcomed. Examples of those areas are machine learning, pattern recognition, knowledge Discovery, Fuzzy and Probabilistic Reasoning, Natural Language Processing, Speech and Image Recognition, Knowledge Management, Content Management, Multi-agent Systems, New Intelligent Computing (e.g., Distributed Computing, Cloud computing, Service Computing, Pervasive Computing, etc.), Intelligent Control, Intelligent Systems Applications and Case Studies( in industry, in Commerce, in Healthcare, in Science, in E-government, etc.)

Paper Submission
Prospective authors are encouraged to submit a full paper for review before August 30, 2011, in PDF format, Each paper should be written in English, Regular papers are allowed to 6 pages in Springer 2-Column Proceedings format, Extra pages will incur additional charges. 2011年智能系统与知识工程国际会议（ISKE2011）将于2011年12月15-17日在上海举行。智能系统与知识工程国际会议为系列会议，已连续成功举办了5届，包括ISKE2006(上海)，ISKE2007(成都)，ISKE2008(厦门)，ISKE2009(比利时哈瑟尔特)，ISKE2010(杭州)。ISKE2011将由上海交通大学主办，加利福尼亚州立大学，西南交通大学，比利时核研究中心协办。会议旨在为全世界智能系统、知识工程领域的专家、学者和专业技术人员提供一个交流最新研究的机会。
本次会议将征集有关智能系统、知识工程等领域的论文，主要范围包括（但不限于）：智能计算，机器学习，模式识别，知识发现，模糊推理与概率推理，自然语言处理，语音及图像处理及识别，知识管理，内容管理，多agent系统，新型智能计算（如分布式计算、云计算、服务计算、普适计算等），智能控制，智能系统与知识工程在工业、商务、医疗、科学及政务等领域的应用。
